Just as it is important to keep your physical body in balance it is just as important to keep your ener-chi body  balanced.  I'll share tips with you to get you in tune with your energy body and more importantly to get your energy flowing to set a positive tone for the entire day.  If you follow these Ener-chi  Tips on a regular basis you should feel an improvement almost immediately.  The goal is to use your own energy to re-balance and energize your life since, like it or not, you are in the driver's seat!
